Resources
I have read a lot of books, chapters and referred some reference books about anxiety disorders. I benefited much from them and read back more than once that are highlighted below blue and bold.
First, started reading with David Burns' excellent book Feeling Good, then continued with Aaron Beck's books written for professionals. Albert Ellis and Arnold Lazarus's insight made contribution much to my understanding on psychology.
Then studied CBT so as to understand and master cognitive tools. Spirutual books had supported my research all the time.
Finally had read OCD books in order to understand this comlex disorder.
